Returns & Exchanges

At E.G.Geller, we want you to love your purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that is:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Received within 15 days of purchase

For footwear returns and exchanges:

  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, in its original condition.
  • Please do not place shipping labels directly on the shoe box.
  • Missing or damaged shoe boxes will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • E.G.Geller reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges on merchandise that is not in original condition or falls outside our return window
  • Please contact Customer Service for exchange availability before sending your item

We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as E.G.Geller cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once we receive your package, you will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your account.

Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM CST will begin processing and typically ship within 24 hours, pending product availability and payment authorization.

Orders placed on Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing and ship the following Monday.

Holiday schedules excluded.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or additional payment verification is required, we will contact you via email.

Shipping notes:

  • We ship through UPS
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Expedited shipping options are available during checkout
  • Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for both:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges

These costs will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
